01 What we collect
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and phone number. As you use the app, we also store information about your role in productions, rehearsal attendance, costume measurements you provide, and messages you send within the app.
02 How we use it
Your information is used to run the Wesley Players app — to coordinate rehearsals, send you notifications about your schedule, manage casting, and help directors and staff communicate with the cast. We use it only for the purpose of supporting your participation in Wesley Players activities.
03 We do not sell your data
Your personal information will never be sold to any outside company, organization, or individual. Ever.
04 We do not share with third parties
We do not share your information with third-party organizations, advertisers, marketing companies, or data brokers. Your data stays within Wesley Players and is only accessed by app administrators and staff to coordinate productions.
05 Data security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and security protections. We take reasonable precautions to protect your information from unauthorized access.
06 Minors and children
We take extra care with accounts for members under 18. Minor accounts are linked to a parent or guardian account, giving parents visibility into their child's participation. We do not market to minors or use minor data for any purpose other than coordinating their involvement in productions.
07 Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll ask you to review and agree to the changes the next time you open the app.
