Refund Policy
Wesley Players requests that if you are unable to use your tickets purchased to a show, to consider them a donation to the organization. If for any reason you are in need of a refund, please contact us at wesleyplayerstheatrecompany@gmail.com to review options. Refunds may be available less any applicable credit card servicing fees.
Terms and Conditions
The online payment terms constitute a contract between you and Wesley Players Theatre Company. Please read them carefully. You may either accept or decline the terms as indicated at the bottom of this page, but to make payment using the services you must accept the terms by clicking “I Accept”. All payments of Wesley Players Theatre Company invoices using the online credit card facilities are subject to the following conditions. Wesley Players Theatre Company accepts the following cards:

You warrant that:
· You are 18 years of age or over.
· You have the appropriate authority to validly accept the online payment terms and are able to and will meet your obligations in relation to these terms.
· The credit card used in connection with the services is issued in your name or you are authorized to use the credit card.
· You will pay the credit card issuer all charges incurred in the use of the services.
· The information supplied by you is true and correct.
When you complete the online payment form, funds will be deducted from your credit card in USD currency. All payments are debited to Wesley Players Theatre Company. Due to the way transactions are processed by the external banking sites, there may be delays of 1-3 days in updating your payment in Wesley Players Theatre Company’s records. Credit card payments are secure:
· Payments will be processed directly by Leaders Merchant Services.
· Credit card numbers are protected with a high level of encryption when transmitted over the Internet.
· Wesley Players Theatre Company does not store in any way your credit card details.
Confirmation:
· If successful, you will receive a confirmation notice of your completed payment.
· If unsuccessful, you will be advised that your payment has failed. Wesley Players Theatre Company will not be advised why a payment has failed; therefore, you should contact your credit card provider for details.
· If your payment fails, please use one of the other payment methods described on your invoice to pay your invoice. Please arrange an alternative payment method promptly.
· Wesley Players Theatre Company will confirm your payment details via email.
By using Wesley Players Theatre Company’s online credit card facilities you accept and consent to your personal data being provided to the service provider for the sole purpose of offering and administering the online payment. We respect the privacy of every individual who visits our site. Anti-Discrimination Policy
Wesley Players Theatre Company does not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion (creed), gender, gender expression, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status, in any of its activities or operations. These activities include, but are not limited to, the appointment to and termination from its Board of Directors, hiring and firing of staff or contractors, selection of volunteers, selection of vendors, and providing of services.
Anti-Harassment Policy
Wesley Players Theatre Company is committed to an environment in which all individuals are treated with respect and dignity. Everyone has the right to a professional atmosphere that promotes equal opportunities and prohibits discriminatory practices, including harassment.
Therefore, Wesley Players Theatre Company expects that all relationships among persons in the organization will be free of bias, prejudice, discrimination, and harassment. In order to keep this commitment, Wesley Players Theatre Company maintains a strict policy of prohibiting unlawful harassment of any kind, including sexual harassment and harassment based on race, color, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, sex, age, physical or mental disability or any other characteristic protected by state, federal or local employment discrimination laws.
Sexual harassment includes, but is not limited to, making unwanted sexual advances and requests for sexual favors where either:
Submission to such conduct is made an explicit or implicit term or condition of participation;
Submission to or rejection of such conduct by an individual is used as the basis of participation decisions affecting such individual;

• Verbal conduct such as epithets, derogatory jokes or comments, slurs or unwanted sexual advances, invitations, or comments.
• Visual conduct such as derogatory and/or sexually oriented posters, photography, cartoons, drawings, e-mail and faxes or gestures.
• Physical conduct such as assault, unwanted touching, blocking normal movement or interfering with work directed at a participant because of the participant’s sex or other protected characteristic.
• Threats and demands to submit to sexual requests in order keep one’s position or avoid some other loss and offers of benefits in return for sexual favors.
• Retaliation for having reported or threatened to report unlawful harassment.
People who believe they have been harassed by any participant or agent of Wesley Player Theatre Company should promptly report the facts of the incident or incidents and the names of the individual(s) involved to the President of the WPTC Board of Directors, or the President’s designee.
Upon receipt of a complaint, the Wesley Players Theatre Company will undertake a prompt, thorough, objective, and good faith investigation of the harassment allegations. If the organization determines that harassment has occurred, effective remedial action will be taken in accordance with the circumstances involved.
Any person determined by the Wesley Players Theatre Company to be responsible for harassment will be subject to appropriate disciplinary action, up to and including termination. No one will be retaliated against for filing a complaint and/or assisting in a complaint or investigation process. Further, we will not tolerate or permit retaliation by supervisors or other individuals against any complainant or anyone assisting in a harassment investigation.
Office Expense Policy
Expenses below $100 are automatically approved. All other expenses should be part of an approved show budget or approved either online or in-person by the WPTC board.
